A: Recover Passwords is a powerful, easy-of-use tool that allows you to retrieve your lost program passwords, including usernames and any additional related information if available.
Q: Is Recover Passwords free?
A: No, Recover Passwords is not free, but almost free, for $24.95 you'll get full registered version and all minor lifetime upgrades.
Q: Can I test this program before purchase?
A: Of course. Recover Passwords Demo version available. It has the same features as paid version - the only difference is that demo version will not show you passwords, but it will show you which passwords were recovered.
Q: On which operating systems will your program works?
A: Recover Passwords is working on Windows NT / 2000 / XP / Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8 / 10 and above. Both 32-bit and 64-bit.
Q: I have hundreds of programs installed, however Recover Passwords found only 10 passwords, why?
A: First of all, how many of these hundreds of programs actually have passwords? Secondly, there are billions of programs in the world and it would be impossible to support every program since each program is storing user passwords in unique way and place. Please check a full list of supported software programs by Recover Passwords.
Q: Does your product recover product keys in addition to passwords?
A: Unfortunately, no. Recover Passwords retrieves program passwords only. In addition, we provide Recover Keys program. More information can be found at key finder website.
Q: I want to recover a password from software which you don't support. What to do?
A: You can request to support this software by making a post to our support area. However, we don't guarantee that we'll be able to support this software product due to specific technical requirements.

Q: Do I need to pay once for the software, or there are monthly / yearly fees?
A: No, you need to purchase it only once. All minor updates are provided for free.

Q: Is it secure to order online?
A: Yes, it is 100% secure. We use a major credit card and order fulfillment center called CleverBridge.
Q: I have just purchased the program. What's next?
A: After your order details will be verified by CleverBridge, you will receive an email with the activation key.
Q: Where can I download the full version of Recover Passwords?
A: Full version is the same as demo version - you can simply unlock demo by entering your license key which you will receive after your purchase is complete.
Q: What's the upgrade policy?
A: Any updates released within the same Major version is provided free of cost. If we'll add a drastic amount of features then we may up the version number and the cost of the upgrade will be nominal and will be determined at that time.
Q: Can I install this on 2 or more computers with one license?
A: One license is limited to one user (user can be individual or a company). One license of Recover Passwords can be installed only on 1 computer.
Q: I run a PC repair shop, and want to know if a single license would enable me to recover passwords on multiple client computers, or if each computer (or each client/site) needs an individual license?
